For example we don't believe in auditing after the fact. We promote auditing as the transaction progresses to improve service and compliance while minimizing waste.

Can you track and trace for a recall?


As an importer of foods a recall is our worst nightmare. The best way to mitigate the problem is to be organized enough to rifle shot the recall before it spreads uncontrollably. OTCS has been built with hooks that can take in and process long strings of data, such as SSCC codes, to best manage tracking and tracing as required by FDA and identify and isolate product that needs to be returned.

Are you directly linked with your Customs House Broker?


Our system would work well with high volume self filers but we believe we are better off with a Customs House Broker that prices their service with the appreciation that our OTCS practically does everything for them. We are now putting the final touches on a direct link of our shipments via xml so that there is no manual keying of data into their ABI system. We expect even more savings per entry in spite of extra filings such ISF.

Our Offer


We start as a 3PL charging on a per transaction basis. Once the the database is fully configured we can transfer it to in house storage and management, or maintain the 3PL relation. in a customs audit situation, for example, we can start immediately to provide a compliant process with which to to salvage the business.
