Can you track and trace for a recall?


As an importer of foods a giant food recall is our worst nightmare. The best way to mitigate the problem is to be organized enough to rifle shot the recall if possible. Our ERP is so perfectly organized for 10 + 2 that serious consideration should be given to scrapping a legacy solution that would be more expensive to modify and give a less satisfying result. Finally OTCS uses a tested pre-declaration process that is both economical and customs compliant. The system is designed to root out regulatory delays and expensive demurrage bills.

Our Offer


We start as a 3PL charging on a per transaction basis. Once the the database is fully configured we can transfer it to in house storage and management, or maintain the 3PL relation.
